Our centre has an Open Door Policy in place and you will find that all our staff are approachable and you will be made welcome at any time.

Centre Hours & Fee's

Centre hours are 7.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

  • Breakfast Club (school): 7.30 a.m – 8.45a.m
  • Daily nursery session: 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
  • Blended care session: 9.00 a.m – 12.00 p.m
  • Out of School Care: 3.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.

HOLIDAYS ARE AS FOLLOWS

Commissioned Nursery places are available in accordance with School Term dates. Nursery is closed all in-service and school holidays (see our website for details) We are open 52 weeks of the year for private nursery and Out of school care cover from 8am – 6pm in our Greenock Service.

COMMISSIONED/GOVERNMENT FUNDED

The government offers a commissioned place for 6 hours per day Monday – Friday during term time. Lunch is provided each day. There is a fee of £3.00 per week to cover the cost of your child’s morning/afternoon snack

Fee Paying Guidelines

  • The payment of the weekly snack fee should be given to a member of staff at the beginning of the week.
  • If your child attends the Out of School Care Service you will receive a bill on the 19th of each month. This should be paid in full by the 28th of each month.

MISSION STATEMENT

ESTABLISHMENT INFORMATION

We are a Voluntary Sector Establishment with a Scottish Incorporated Charitable Organisation Status (SCIO) in Partnership with Inverclyde Council and we are based in Gourock Youth Athletic Club, George Road Gourock. We also have another service based at 19/21 Lynedoch Street, Greenock. Telephone Number 07852772887 We have been operating an Out of School Care in Gourock since January 2013 expanding numbers over the years from 24 to 32 children each day. We are now opening our new nursery provision in partnership with Inverclyde Council in August 2020 catering for 24 children from 3 – 5 years of age.
