DUTY OF CANDOUR ANNUAL REPORT
All health and social care services in Scotland have a duty of candour. This is a legal requirement which means that when things go wrong and mistakes happen, the people affected understand what has happened, receive an apology, and that organisations learn how to improve for the future.

GOUROCK IMPROVMENT PLAN
In Wellington Children’s Centre the Management Committee including staff have identified the following aims which reflect the important principles and values on which we base our decisions.
STANDARDS AND QUALITY GOUROCK
Every member of our community not only has the right to be respected but also the responsibility to respect the right of others. This is evident in our use of the Wellbeing Indicators where every child has the right to be safe, healthy, achieving, Nurtured, active, respected, responsible, and included.
